AI PowerPoint generator with a truly editable .pptx

In short

DeckLume writes and designs the deck from your prompt, files and website, then downloads it as a PowerPoint file you can keep editing: text in real text boxes, native PowerPoint charts and tables, diagrams and illustrations as vector shapes, and your speaker notes in the notes pages. You don't need PowerPoint or an add-in to make it.

A live DeckLume deck, not a screenshot. Click it and use the arrow keys, or open it full screen (opens in a new tab).

How it works

  1. Describe the deckWho it's for, what it must achieve, how long. Attach notes, a report or a spreadsheet; add your website for your brand.
  2. Shape it in DeckLumeReview the outline, then refine the designed deck by chat or by hand.
  3. Download for PowerPointIn the editor, choose More → Download for PowerPoint. The file is built on demand from the current version of the deck.
  4. Keep working in PowerPointOpen it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and edit it like any deck.

Why make it in DeckLume instead of inside PowerPoint

  • It starts from your material. Reports, notes, spreadsheets and your website, not a blank slide.
  • The story comes first. You approve an outline before anything is designed.
  • Your brand from a link. Colours, fonts and logo from your website, or a saved brand kit.
  • Two files from one deck. An HTML version that plays anywhere with its animations, and an editable .pptx for colleagues who live in PowerPoint.
A brief to start from

A [12]-slide PowerPoint presentation for [audience] about [topic]. Use the attached [notes / report]. Lead with the main message, one point per slide, a chart for [the key figures], and speaker notes for every slide.

Questions

Is the PowerPoint export free?

Yes. Downloading a deck for PowerPoint is available on every plan, including Free, and it never counts against your AI slides.

Do I need Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft 365?

Not to make the deck. DeckLume runs in your browser; you only need an app that opens .pptx files to edit the export, such as PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.

Can I edit the charts?

Yes. Charts are native PowerPoint charts, so you can change the data, the type or the colours.

Does the .pptx keep animations?

No. Motion and step-by-step builds stay in the HTML version; the PowerPoint file has the final state of every slide.

Can I use it with Google Slides?

Yes. Upload the .pptx to Google Drive and open it with Google Slides. Some fonts may be substituted.
